Mountains, ocean beaches, ski slopes, volcanoes, lakes, waterfalls and desert are all within a reasonably short drive. Forensic has dedicated personnel in Portland as well as Salt Lake City, Utah managing projects in locations throughout the western United States.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare sales proposals and RFP responses for construction related consulting engagements.
  • Administration and report development in SalesForce CRM system.
  • Plan and develop marketing events & presentations.
  • Develop and produce digital and print marketing collateral.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns with sales related activities.
  • Represent the company and network with contacts at industry events and tradeshows.
  • Identify and take advantage of opportunities to increase top-of-mind awareness of our brand within our target market.
  • Website and social media content development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Three(3) years marketing and/or sales support experience
  • Superior influencing and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, web development or related field.
  • Successful record developing and executing sales proposals, events, marketing collateral, and presentations.
  • Experience effectively using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web content and social media management platforms.

What we're looking for With our substantive growth and expansion, we're looking for a Regional Marketing Coordinator to help drive the marketing strategy in regional U.S. areas. The coordinator will join our Regional Marketing team, collaborating with our marketing and sales teams with the goal of solidifying Vacasa's regional communication. What you'll do * Develop strategy for thematic targeted marketing campaigns, working with cross-functional internal stakeholders * Manage production, communication, and execution of multiple campaigns with internal and external stakeholders at one time * Research local markets and competitors, and partner with local sales to influence strategy implementation in priority markets * Identify new ways to communicate with priority markets, understanding we want scalable solutions that can be executed quickly * Coordinate execution and internal expectations with integrated marketing team/stakeholders * Act as point of contact for internal partners to drive sales enablement, business development and facilitate design and fulfillment of marketing materials (collateral, direct mail, email, print, digital, social, etc) that supports overall marketing strategy * Partner with research team to further develop understanding of our target audience for thematic campaigns, with the goal of increasing engagement and effectiveness * Drive campaign measurement across multiple departments, identify areas we can adjust and test, and implement moving forward Skills you'll need * 1-3 years experience in marketing/project management/advertising * Strong analytic, time-management, research and communication skills * Ability to pick up a project and run with it, checking in for guidance/advice along the way * Effective at building strong interpersonal relationships * Bachelor's degree and/or the equivalent in training and marketing experience * Stellar organizational skills What you'll get * Health/dental/vision insurance—100% covered * 401K retirement savings plan with up to a 6% company match * Vacation time * Paid sick leave and holidays * Career advancement opportunities * Employee discounts * All the equipment you'll need to be successful * Great colleagues and culture Vacasa Portland OR
