What you'll do

As Sales Manager, you'll lead the charge for your shop's daily sales activities on everything from fulfilling e-commerce orders to merchandising. You'll set the standard for how your shop is remembered by your customers, and you'll set an example for other employees by creating an amazing cycling experience for everyone who walks through your doors.

This position requires a contagious enthusiasm and the know-how to translate it into sales. The ultimate goal? Build a community of dedicated clients who know you're the shop they can trust for awesome service.

Sales & E-Commerce = 70%

  • Actively lead all store sales activities including customer engagement, Daily Task List completion, and sales monitoring.

  • Monitor and fulfill all e-Comm sales relating to your store's inventory, including order & shipment notifications, packing and shipping, and returns and exchanges.

Training = 15%

  • Organize and participate in all sales employees training through targeted role plays, secret shop results, observing customer interactions, and more.

  • Ensure all sales employees complete and implement learnings from Trek University courses, Dave Mitchell sales training material, and any other useful educational tools.

Merchandising = 10%

  • Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to Visual Merchandising Directive, including product placement, price auditing, and product re-stocking.

Product & Promotions = 5%

  • Work with the Store Manager to research new products to carry in stores.

  • Work with the Retail Marketing to plan promotional strategies, set up promotions according to Trek's sales promotion calendar, and monitor promotional ROI.

The Device Partner Sales (DPS) team within Consumer and Device Sales, is looking for a Leader to drive worldwide partner engagement with one of our top Global Devices (GDP) OEM partners. CDS is responsible for the development and go to market strategy & execution for devices, across segments, Worldwide. CDS achieves this remit by partnering with the rest of Microsoft to ensure Microsoft and OEM partner's products & solutions are designed to deliver experiences which delight our joint end users. Preferred Experience: * Experience building multi-level trust relationship within a large or multinational account including management of senior executive relationships. * Devices market knowledge including key distribution and supply chain channels. * Sales leadership with proven track record of strategic partner management. * The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success as a virtual team leader including proven ability to impact and influence without authority. * Aptitude for strategic planning, tactical execution, and experience in driving complex regional projects. * Diplomacy and comfort with difficult Partner conversations; ability to hold Partner accountable openly and respectfully. * Ability to develop accurate business plans and forecasts. Technical Skills: * Knowledge of device design features and components and the associated impact on value proposition and device ID including how to drive Unique Sales Points. * Understanding of the application services eco-system and how to integrate devices, cloud and services. * Development of new business opportunities and builds organizations and capabilities to support. * Strategic sales analytics and sales program development/execution. * Brings entrepreneurial and innovative perspectives to business opportunities. * Drives high standards for performance and compliance. Qualifications: * 10+ years OEM ecosystem experience with focus on devices sales across consumer / commercial segments with deep understanding of product and industry specifications or industry equivalent experience. * Extensive sales & business management, account planning, development and execution. * Multi-cultural experience.
