Sales Manager - Sled & Healthcare

Your Role:

SolarWinds is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager overseeing the SLED (State and Local Government, Education) and Healthcare verticals.

Your Impact:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure the team's success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new logo and strategic, install base opportunities within the SLED and Healthcare verticals.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

• Ensure the team maintains a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Your Experience:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, and coaching within the SLED and/or Healthcare sectors.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.

• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
