Position Summary:

As a pivotal member of SkyWater Technology, you will focus on driving strategic deal closures that align closely with our business objectives and core technology platforms. You will cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, design impactful account strategies, and spearhead initiatives that drive revenue and profitability growth. Success in this role hinges on your adeptness at identifying target accounts, nurturing a robust pipeline, and consistently surpassing revenue and profit benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with SkyWater's core capabilities and technology platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet growth objectives.
  • Support alignment of customer requirements with the internal engineering team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate RFQs and SOWs into winning proposals and quotes.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that optimize profit, long-term value, cash flow, IP terms, and liability.
  • Close purchase orders and program contracts
  • Track and update opportunities in Salesforce CRM
  • Foster close connections with customer stakeholders to understand needs and position SkyWater as the solution.
  • Present on customer opportunities and collaborate with SkyWater's leadership team on closing strategies.
  • Develop multi-level relationships within customer organizations.
  • Represent SkyWater at industry conferences and events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Chemical Engineering or Material Sciences.
  • 8+ years of experience selling semiconductor services or solutions.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and profits.
  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor device design and operation and/or or systems level integration of semiconductor products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to pursue a security clearance.
  • US Citizenship Required:This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S Citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA
  • Experience selling foundry services or ASIC designs supported by legacy CMOS nodes
  • Experience with silicon photonics, superconducting ICs, or other emerging technologies
