You'll be part of a global team aligned in their mission to empower customers to make their workplaces better everyday. Sales Managers at SafetyCulture are champions for our customers. You will support a team of Account Executives to partner strategically with new and current customers, enabling them to raise their standards and achieve high quality and safer work environments.
What You'll Have:
Demonstrated B2B sales management experience with a proven track record in managing a sales pipeline and achieving team targets
Skilled in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to design and execute effective sales plans aligned with company goals
Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships, sales processes, reporting and forecasting
A history of leveraging data through a variety of tools to inform and execute strategies
Excellent collaborator who prioritizes projects to accelerate new market opportunities & has experience articulating vision, strategy and plans with the ability to communicate up and down the organization
A growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement
Comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving organization
Able to demonstrate SafetyCulture values (Think Customer, Open Honest Always, Better as a Team, Be Bold Bring Action)
Nice to have: SaaS experience
How You Will Spend Your Time
Crafting and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth by motivating your team to achieve their targets - you understand the human element that comes with good leadership
Coach the team on providing a level of service that inspires our customers to champion our solutions to other potential customers whilst helping them level-up in their careers
Engaging with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions & ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Be an advocate for our customer needs and help teams understand how we could improve, based on customer feedback
Assist global GTM Leadership in Sydney, Manchester, and Kansas City in executing a strategy that helps SafetyCulture achieve its growth goals and aligns with our values
Collaborate cross functionally by working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to discuss customer challenges, product improvement, and identify areas of opportunity to raise the bar
Providing coaching, training, and support to improve individual and team performance
Monitoring sales data and KPIs to assess team performance and use insights to adjust strategies and improve sales processes
Aligning efforts to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Identifying new market opportunities and potential customer segments
