This role involves managing and training a team of sales representatives who handle researching companies and contacts, outbound cold calling, and qualifying closing new business opportunities. It is a dynamic role that fits high energy, collaborative and a true leader. You will be working at our 290 and Hollister office.
Develop a go to market sales strategy
Train Sales team on digital marketing solutions and general sales tactics
Support Sales team in developing proposals and pitches
Develop and oversee sales goals and activity requirements across the sales team
Provide data and quantitative analysis on lead quality to help improve lead acquisition
Participate in marketing and lead generation efforts
Develop your leadership skills and learn the optimal sales process
Excellent verbal communication skills is a must, as is the ability to build rapport with clients
5+ Years Experience in Selling Digital Marketing, Websites, Graphic Design
Solid understanding of Programmatic Advertising and how small, mid and large size companies can benefit from it.
Previous experience in a leadership sales role.
Self-motivated and creative thinker with the drive to learn, grow and succeed.
Ability to consistently produce reliable results on time.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a start-up team environment
A strong communicator and have a knack for being quick on your feet
