The Mercedes-Benz Manhattan Sales Manager is responsible for all pre-owned and new vehicle Lead Management (internet, phone and showroom leads).
Responsible for monitoring/guiding Customer Relations Management from initial contact through delivery.
Ensure the Customer Retention Management System is utilized properly and its benefits are maximized.
Initiate marketing activities that are coordinated with market programs and developments.
Monitor CRM system to ensure all prospects are entered and follow up performed properly.
Coaching/Educating Sales Staff on CRM and Sales Systems.
Responsible to greet/qualify prospects and to provide introduction to salesperson.
Creates cross functional sales-oriented programs.
High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience
3- 5 years proven track record in high-end luxury vehicle sales management
Mercedes-Benz sales experience a plus.
