As a Sales Manager specializing in Home Decor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the Home Decor business and brands, focusing on soft home products such as bedding, decorative pillows, throws, and bath categories.

• Manage both new and existing business relationships across various channels, including national stores, club accounts, and off-price accounts.

• Oversee all aspects of cost management, gross profit, sales budgeting, and analytics for each business segment.

• Lead product initiatives by conducting trend analysis, assessing competitive landscapes per retailer, and identifying new business opportunities.

• Maintain professional and collaborative relationships with buyers and key stakeholders to drive business growth.

• Address account issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Coordinate with design, merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams to align on brand positioning, product offerings, packaging, and presentation.

• Maintain comprehensive account recaps and matrices.

• Ensure margin and promotional pricing strategies align with financial targets.

• Prepare and manage purchase orders with precision and attention to detail.

• Generate and update assortment and sales reports for buyers and VP.

• Willingness and ability to travel, including attending market week twice a year in NYC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management within the Home Decor industry.

• Strong understanding of retail channels and customer relationships.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.

Compensation/Benefits:

• The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
