We are looking for exceptional, talented Sales Manager for our Kane's furniture stores. Our Sales Managers are the leaders who develop and guide our sales teams to their individual and store goals. Developing exceptional sales talent will be the sole directive of our sales leader. Essential Job Role
Assist the general manager in achieving store sales goals as defined by the company
Responsible for working with customers to resolve any opportunities as they may occur
Works and coaches the sales team to exceptional performance through assessment & coaching
Complete performance feedback and development plans for each new sale's hire
Works with sales team to qualify customer sales order information, delivery expectation and product to be delivered
Develop training structured programs for those on the sales team
Walks the sales floor to ensure sales procedures are followed
Review marketing/promotional programs with the sales team; ensure compliance
Acts as T/O Leader where assistance is needed
Work with the General Manager on the sales reports to identify trending and sales analysis

Compensation commensurate with experience
College degree in Marketing/Business would be ideal
Familiar with Big Box retail, preferably with multi-unit configuration
Managed large diverse work groups to include commission sales team
Leader vs. Manager; want a leader that encourages performance
Demonstrate quantifiable sales improvements in the locations worked
Willing to work retail hours
Want to work in locations where people vacation!
