Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our auto insurance division. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for training and mentoring team members while driving the growth of our auto insurance products+ cross selling in another products.  

-Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. 

- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the auto insurance sector. 

- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. 

- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to improve results. 

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. 

-Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 

-Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and insurance regulations. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

- Valid insurance license (preferred, will be required within 30 days)

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the auto insurance industry. 

- Strong understanding of auto insurance products and market dynamics. 

- Excellent leadership and motivational skills. 

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. 

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

- Experience in developing and implementing sales training programs. 

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for lead generation. 

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
