This individual will have the unique opportunity to drive the success of the Service Performance Management portion of our blue chip list client base in the High Tech and Healthcare industry. Responsibilities will include precise sales forecasting, pipeline management, active coaching of Sales Reps, client relationship management, client process & operations management, and project management. In addition, this person will be accountable for employee development, reporting, and data manipulation.
1- Sales Management:
Manage the quarterly sales pipeline to ensure closed sales are on pace to achieve forecast
Ensure that teams and sales reps meet assigned performance targets each quarter
Build and monitor a pipeline management plan to closely monitor all performance KPIs
Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue from all accounts
Identify sales trends and implement corrective strategies as needed
2 - Team Management:
Build sales teams and staff according to specific business requirements
Responsible for creation and delivery of performance reviews
Assign quotas, incentives and spiffs
Drive call coaching strategy and feedback for reps
Develop and execute ongoing sales training plan for sales reps with support of local Training team
3- Data Management:
Assign quarterly opportunity to each sales rep
Understand in-depth how client data is structured to effectively determine the value of opportunity and ensure accurate reporting
Closely monitor data integrity and accuracy in our internal systems
Closely monitor unresolved business and implants strategy to resolve
4- Client Management:
Articulate account strategy and tactical plan in internal and external communications
Effectively communicate quarterly objectives to client
Create and deliver quarterly business review presentations
Assist sales in expanding business
Work closely with client contact on reporting and forecasting
Drive client satisfaction by proactively addressing potential concerns and uncovering hidden value
Quota carrying responsibility across a Client's channel partner base and management responsibility for the sales reps that support these partners
Work with sales reps to facilitate and drive calls with partner to share best practices, communicate and drive channel programs to expand business and ensure achievement to targets.
Experience with maximizing recurring revenue via implementing and refining channel management best practices
Internal Channel reporting and forecasting responsibility, coupled with regular external Client communication
Work with sales management team to monitor team performance and to assign quotas, incentives and spiffs and ensures that internal account teams hit and exceed assigned targets each quarter
Review and maintain reporting procedures and processes to effectively manage Client satisfaction and Sales Rep achievement
Maintain overall health of channel and ensure high satisfaction levels
Communicates successes and challenges with Channel partners to internal and client Account Team and escalate as necessary
Overall resource management responsibility
Communicate and influence corporate business plan and execute against agreed upon objectives
College degree, BA, BS
2-5 yrs Inside Sales Management Experience
Candidate must have experience in the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
B2B Tech experience is a key advantage
