Description:

As a Sales Manager (SM) you and your team generate revenue by creating excitement over goal attainment, enrolling members, and being in relationship with potential, new and existing members.

  • Your earning potential is limited only by your own personal drive and willingness to succeed.

  • This position is a non-exempt position that provides a base hourly rate plus the potential to earn additional compensation and a monthly sales bonus once reaching a specified productivity threshold

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example for delivering an inviting, friendly and supportive experience our members and guests

  • Ensure that team members consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code friendliness and cleanliness

  • Hire, train and develop a strong team of Sales Advisors and/or Assistant Sales Managers who deliver on company goals and reflects its values

  • Responsible for the successful attainment of department targets

  • Lead and develop the Sales Advisor team and/or Assistant Sales Manager to increase club revenue with an emphasis on new club memberships and personal training

  • Lead the execution of national membership sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to provide a consistent 24 Hour Fitness experience for potential members & guests, and manages authorized sales and marketing promotion campaigns

  • Model the 24 Hour Fitness core values during his or her leadership, to ensure high-level member and team member satisfaction and exhibit behaviors that are in alignment with our vision of being passionate about inspiring and empowering our members to live fit and healthy lives

Qualifications:

  • Prior management experience in service sales industry leading 4-10 employees preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience as a top sales producer

  • Experience in fitness membership sales preferred

  • Proven Successful leadership skills

  • Coaching/Motivation ability

Certifications / Educational

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor's degree is Preferred

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public.

  • Ability to access and operate Company computer system including prepare documents, enter data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or e-mail system

  • Ability to communicate telephonically with members

Work Environment:

  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts

  • The noise level in the environment is occasionally loud

  • Extended workdays are a frequent occurrence, as are weekends and holidays as needed to support the business

Travel:

  • Must be able to travel by car or plane up to 10% of time

ACE-IT is the enterprise IT service delivery team for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, supporting mission requirements using a site-specific support model aligned along the USACE Regional Business Centers. ACE-IT provides direct on-site command and control, coordination, planning, and operations and maintenance support for routine and emergency IT services. Leidos is actively seeking personnel to support USACE headquarters locations in Washington, DC; Vicksburg, MS; Huntsville, AL; and Hillsboro, OR; across other USACE locations; and virtual positions. The UNIX and Storage Team Manager will deliver outstanding service within a demanding 24 x 7 enterprise organization. The UNIX and Storage Team Manager will work with remote teams and be responsible for communicating, mentoring and developing staff. Will lead a team responsible for providing the highest level of technical support to analyze, diagnose and resolve escalated problems. Primary Responsibilities • Manage Unix team to coordinate activities and implementations, follow and document procedures, respond, track, and escalate systems incidents. • Oversee Unix System Administration duties such as installations, configurations, troubleshooting, kernel tuning, user access administration, file system tuning, hardware configuration, system performance tuning, disk management, custom package creation, shell scripting. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Unix System Administration team. • Participate and serve as team's technical representative on incident events, post-mortem. • Participate and serve as team's technical representative on change and problem management. • Configure and fine tune cloud and Unix infrastructure and systems. • Work closely with engineering and application teams to develop, plan and implement application deployments to on premise, private and public cloud implementations • Drive technical innovation and efficiency in cloud and Unix infrastructure operations via automation scripting. • Support servers including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting. • Develop scripts for automating client/server functions by establishing technical specifications that facilitate easy, or scripting/configuration • Develop and maintain the comprehensive systems architectures, frameworks and application interfaces • Work with senior IT staff and management to develop and maintain company technical processes and standards • Proactively learn about and evaluate emerging technologies (reviewing technical journals, team sharing, mentors, vendors, peer groups, special training) REQUIREMENTS: * BS degree and 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 to 10 years of prior relevant experience.
