The Sales Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $125,000 to $200,000+ with plenty of opportunity for more.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Encourage and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale

• Engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross

• Demonstrate a Professional management

• Set an example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability

• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction

• Generate future leads

• Support other operational units to achieve maximum return for the dealership

• Maintain our historically consistent Volume and Gross

Qualifications and Skills

• Sales management experience mandatory

• Strong communication skills

• Use initiative and sound independent judgment within established guidelines

• Prioritize work and coordinate several activities

• Ability to calculate figures and finances

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record

The Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $5550.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.
