My Senior Health Plan, an insurance brokerage located in La Jolla, CA is hiring for a Sales Manager to join our team. Our Company Culture is well-established and has a strong team atmosphere.

As the Sales Manager, you will exercise and implement existing processes and procedures required for the call center along with developing new strategies that will help increase the overall performance and technique of the sales team itself. In this position you may have to liaise with clients, colleagues and/or management to understand the various call center needs.

The Sales Manager also must check whether the sales team are following sales techniques and procedures to acquire and retain business and ensure that the customers are being delivered service of a high standard and are satisfied. They will also be responsible for ensuring the utmost compliance surrounding Senior Health Insurance parameters.

The Sales Manager must also implement and supervise the changes that are required in the operation process.

In-depth knowledge of call center technology including VOIP dialer systems *SALESFORCE CRM KNOWLEDGE IDEAL!

Experience with recruiting, documentation, reviews, disciplinary, and terminations

Ability to on-board and train new sales team members

Ability to continuously train, coach and develop existing sales team

Manage, track, and analyze lead distribution and conversion

Completes call audits and delivers feedback for immediate implementation and improvement

Ensures that call quality is maintained at all times

Ensures that call volume and productivity is maintained at all times
Should be motivating in nature & have excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent telephonic presence, skills and techniques

Multi-task successfully

Extremely organized
