Provides leadership to the sales force and customer service teams by creating and implementing a Fibers segment appropriate strategy to optimize sales, profitability and growth while owning the brand owner relationship. Partner with the downstream customers and technical organization to develop new products. Market the product branding, advertising, training, pricing, and achieves the Economic Value Add.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
Career Path: Desire to move into a Strategic Sales Leadership capacity.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience selling masterbatch, plastic resins, custom compounds, or related products to converters. Proficient knowledge fibers, turf, and non-wovens.
Location: Dalton, GA area
Travel: 25-50% domestic travel required

Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
