Role Description

F45 Training Midtown Phoenix, located in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Sales Manager. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the F45 Training Midtown Phoenix location, assisting with member check-ins, providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, and developing and implementing strategic plans to grow the business while supporting and fostering a welcoming environment for all members.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following experiences, skills and and qualifications:

• You have 2+ years leading studio revenue growth for boutique fitness organizations

• You're a proven team leader with the ability to build, motivate, and manage teams

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exemplary customer service and adapt to the changing needs of a diverse member base

• You are a self-starter who owns your sales goals and is capable of working both independently and as a team to achieve them

• You are exceptionally talented in developing and executing sales strategies end to end, from lead generation to closing sales

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, MindBody, LoyalSnap and Canva experience are preferred but not required
