Overall Responsibility: The Sales Manager role reports to the Regional Director of Operations. The incumbent will define, develop, and execute in-market sales strategies, tactics, and action plans for the market. The key focus would be to build strong customer relationships with Airlines operating in the US and Travel Agents, achieve annual revenue targets, grow new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and thereby meeting the objectives of the corporate office.

Key Areas of Duties and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed sales targets within assigned accounts and expand our reach with potential airlines, travel agencies, manage and implement loyalty programs.

  • Analyze and track partners' performance to identify business potentials and opportunities seeking out new major clients and forming working relationships with the key customers in our market.

  • Regular maintenance of client account information to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understand their business needs and objectives to grow both current and new business.

  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions effectively communicating PPG's value proposition through proposals and presentations.

  • Maintain effective control of local sales budget and expenses, accurately track and update of sales in pipeline and revenue.

  • Sales and administrative coordination of daily tasks.

  • Liaise with other internal departments to articulate client's needs accurately (e.g.Operations, IT, finance, marketing, etc.

  • Other duties as be assigned

Qualities & Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a sale with proven sales record in exceeding targets.

  • Networking in airline environment and experience with loyalty programs

  • Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence others and take decisive actions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with people from different backgroundsand at all levels, both internally and externally.
