The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales & excellent leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.

• Train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Address customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Oversee daily sales activities, monitor sales metrics, and report on sales performance.

• Communicate effectively with senior management to provide insights.

• Optimize resources to maximize sales productivity and profitability.

• Close deals.

SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Required.

• Proven track record in managing sales teams. Required.

• Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and sales metrics.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
