Radware's NA Sales Manager of Cloud Security Services is responsible for securing the Cloud Security Services business across all regions in NA.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Selling the full suite of Radware's Cloud Security Services portfolio as an overlay, in collaboration with Radware's regional sales teams in NA:

  • Upselling and cross-selling Radware's Cloud Security Services portfolio to existing Radware accounts.

  • Prospecting Radware's Cloud Security Services portfolio for new accounts across all verticals.

  • Developing and nurturing a network of high-quality active channel partners and resellers of Radware's Cloud Security Services portfolio across NA, and servicing as "trusted vendor partner" with them to hunt and close new business.

  • Managing relationships with the key accounts of Radware's Cloud Security Services portfolio in NA in order to maintain a strong relationship with Radware and keep them constantly apprised of Radware capabilities.

  • Forming successful relationships with the Radware's regional sales teams in NA to build opportunities and grow business.

  • Working within Radware guidelines to negotiate appropriate pricing, service level, and legal terms with prospect customers.

  • Developing a network within Radware to maximize the value of existing resources and knowledge to drive business development.

  • Ensuring clean handoff from pre-sales to appropriate service delivery resources.

  • Complying with Radware's standards and policies related to documentation, reporting, travel, and related administrative activities

  • Have 5 years direct sales success in the Security markets across NA in multiple verticals (Financial, e-commerce, Gaming, and Enterprise).

  • Skill set should be related to one or more of the following:

  • Cloud Security Services (such as Akamai, Incapsula, Verisign, Neustar, Arbor Cloud, F5 Silverline)

  • Security solutions (such as Imperva, F5, Checkpoint, Palo Alto).

  • Past selling cycle of deals experience should be from 6-12 months.

  • Strategic thinker, with execution excellence and a structured, planned approach.

  • Must work well in a team environment, with matrix responsibilities and multiple resources.

  • Preferred location: North East.

As a member of security technologies team, Sr. security architect is responsible for leading the development and implementation of security architecture across Xylem Cloud technology applications. This position will work across development teams to identify component and system level technical risks, identify and evaluate critical failure points, determine technical security controls to mitigate risks, prioritize and schedule controls with product development timelines, and work with cross functional teams to implement features according to product maps. Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: * Provides architectural guidance and leadership on security best practices in Cloud based applications. * Develop, implement and maintain product security strategy for application development * Provide security direction for software development, user interface design frameworks, high performance messaging solutions, server side development, integrations and tools and technologies * Works with the business, operations and systems team to identify the right architecture for implementing new solutions, products and modules * Contribute to the development and evolution of the application and infrastructure security reference architecture * Risk analysis, risk management, and communication of results with software/hardware development managers * Champion the Xylem security SDLC through security testing, penetration testing identifying and fixing vulnerabilities in software and applications on all Xylem products * Perform vulnerability research, assessment and management , serve as technical security/risk advisor on all new technology/developed by Xylem * Perform threat modeling, static application security testing, code reviews, and secure design reviews for high risk applications * Determine testing requirements and strategies, automate security testing using a variety of scripting and open source tools * Implement or manage the implementation of common application security controls, ensuring that practices meet software certification processes * Assist developers in remediating vulnerability findings by providing line-by-line guidance * Provide training and education to developers on software security best practices * Assist customer operations with secure deployment of Xylem products * Provide expert level operational support for security escalations from customers * Research and evaluate security implications of new technologies such as blockchain, web application firewalls and machine learning. Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification: * BSCS (or equivalent) with 14 years of experience * Demonstrated expertise in product/application security architecture – Service oriented architecture (SOA) and Mircroservices, Network security, application security, RESTful web services. * Experience in AWS cloud security, expecially container based systems such as Kubernetes and Docker * Deep technical experience in Identity Access Management including OAuth, SSO, LDAP, and RBAC * Strong knowledge on security policies, security standards and best security practice such as ISO 270001, NIST, OWASP * Strong Programming knowledge – Java, C#, Angular and JavaScript * Strong software development skills – Agile, waterfall * Expertise in Vulnerability assessment , Security Testing and SAST/DAST tools * Experience in cryptography protocols and algorithms * Understanding of security automation, DevSecOps processes and CICD tools preferably Jenkins * SQL/NoSQL Database knowledge – Postgres, MSSql, Oracle, and MongoDB * CISSP or similar certification * Ability to present complex security topics to a wide range of internal and external audiences (engineers to executives) * Strong project planning and execution skills * Self-motivated; ability to work under general supervision; receptive and supportive of team efforts * Excellent written & oral communication skills and coordination with peers, end-users, and management Physical Demands: (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
