Cenveo is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for it's PA Sales office. The individual will be responsible for developing a high level effective working relationship with key customers and with Cenveo Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Vendors for implementation of Company marketing strategies while maintaining communication with plant personnel to assure program execution according to plan. Strong interpersonal skills as intermediary with outside customers and Cenveo production service team to construct seamless customer solutions.

This position has direct responsibility to ensure that all work activities under its span of control are performed with attention to the highest standards of quality, safe processes, compliance with all appropriate legal requirements and a focus on continuous process improvement.

RequirementsEducation and/or on-the-job experience needed

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Minimum of four (4) years account management experience ( or equivalent combination of training and professional work experience that provided the required skills and knowledge)

  • Sales experience preferred.

  • Printing Industry

  • Knows competitors and how they operate; understands product flow and supply chain logistics as they relate to printing production and has and comprehensive understanding of the print process.

  • Sales and Sales Best Practices
  • Customer account management and development experience; the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers; understands marketing concepts.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, project management and problems solving skills.

  • Ability to deal with problems involving abstract and concrete variables.

  • Extensive knowledge of target market (Pharmaceutical, Automobile, Medical, Insurance, etc...)

  • Effective presentation skills, knowledge of selling skills and techniques.

  • Setting and Achieving Goals - takes ownership for personal and team goals and performance; Personally motivated to drive for results and success despite obstacles and opposition; Is able to make adjustments to accommodate changing situations, responds resourcefully to achieve better results

  • Finance and Finance Best Practices - understands profit and loss concepts

  • Task orientated with ability to think and manage at a strategic level.
