We are Cardiac Imaging, Inc. ( - the leading national provider of Cardiac PET imaging services. We provide innovative, cutting-edge diagnostic imaging to the medical community. As we continue to grow, we currently have a tremendous opportunity for a Business Development Specialist who is up for the challenge.

As a member of our team, you would be responsible for managing sales of the companys mobile cardiac PET imaging service within a defined geographic area. You will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel while identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Performs sales activities on major accounts
  2. Manages personnel and develops sales staff
  3. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
  4. Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staffs productivity
  5. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
  6. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
  7. Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers
  8. Collaborates with executive management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
  9. Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
  10. Collaborates with executive management to establish and control budgets for sales promotion
  11. Reviews expenses and recommends economies
  12. Holds regular meeting with sales staff


• Bachelors degree in marketing or business studies preferred; or a minimum of seven (7) years of experience or related training in healthcare sector. Equivalent combination of education and experience adequate.
• Advanced knowledge in one or more of following healthcare specialties required: nuclear medicine, diagnostic imaging, or cardiology
• Telephone sales skills including telephonic presentation skills and strong interpersonal, rapport-building skills
• Self-starter, goal-driven approach with great follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome objections
• Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to conduct negotiations

This is a client-centric position responsible for inspiring, educating, and motivating account personnel through strong event planning and execution. The primary objective of the Sales Manager is to support efforts to ensure account education and event needs are met to maximize sales opportunity within their territory. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Understand and execute the territory plan and promotional calendar within account. * Maintain a territory coverage plan to optimize business results and deliver the sales plan * Review and analyze weekly sales to maximize territory sales performance * Maintain a schedule that supports the business and territory needs * Hire, recruit, and maintain freelance talent in collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager * Maintain a weekly call cadence with Sales Director and Sr. Sales Manager to review and analyze weekly sales performance * Plan and execute corporate and/or special events * Assist team members with corporate driven events (as geography/budget permits) * Conduct quarterly meetings with key account personnel ie; Store Management, District Managers, PSM, RPBM to review specific business needs, opportunities, and successes * Plan field visits/branching with Sr Sales Manager and Sales Director as necessary * Analyze business weekly, take corrective action when necessary to get results * Manage territory travel, expense budget, and freelance budget * Exemplify highest standard of sales and customer service skills * Maintain superior knowledge of brand and product information * Educate and train on the Kate Somerville brand heritage and culture, product demonstration, and selling techniques * Merchandises linear, case line, and secondary locations according to merchandising guidelines and retail plan * Assist with inventory management assessing and communicating areas of opportunity with Senior Sales Manager * Adhere to corporate deadlines in a timely, concise manner * Collaborate with Sr. Sales Manager and Sales Director to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded * Develop and nurture relationships with key account personnel * Strategize, plan, and execute in-store events to increase sales and expand brand awareness * Regularly communicate with Senior Sales Manager and Sales Director on territory needs, notable happenings, and competitive sales trends Experience/Skill Requirements * 1-3 years equivalent experience in Cosmetic/Aesthetic/Beauty industry * Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service * Demonstrated ability to assess, analyze, and identify trend of business * Experienced in successful budget management * Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team * Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business partnerships * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends * Excellent communication skills verbal, non-verbal, and written including strong presentation abilities * Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs and other analytical tools Travel: up to 70% Required education: * High school or equivalent Required experience: * Retail Sales: 2 years * Account Management: 1 year Kate Somerville Dallas TX
