As we continue to grow, we currently have a tremendous opportunity for a Business Development Specialist who is up for the challenge.

As a member of our team, you would be responsible for managing sales of the companys mobile cardiac PET imaging service within a defined geographic area. You will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel while identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Performs sales activities on major accounts
  2. Manages personnel and develops sales staff
  3. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
  4. Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staffs productivity
  5. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
  6. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
  7. Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers
  8. Collaborates with executive management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
  9. Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
  10. Collaborates with executive management to establish and control budgets for sales promotion
  11. Reviews expenses and recommends economies
  12. Holds regular meeting with sales staff

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing or business studies preferred; or a minimum of seven (7) years of experience or related training in healthcare sector. Equivalent combination of education and experience adequate.
• Advanced knowledge in one or more of following healthcare specialties required: nuclear medicine, diagnostic imaging, or cardiology
• Telephone sales skills including telephonic presentation skills and strong interpersonal, rapport-building skills
• Self-starter, goal-driven approach with great follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome objections
• Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to conduct negotiations

Were picky. You must be smart, savvy, strategic, fun, and ready to learn fast and work hard. Youll be paid a base salary plus an aggressive commission plan with bonus and benefits.

Position Summary: The Assistant Sales Manager on-boards, trains, and manages the team of Outside Sales Representative employees and is responsible for achieving revenue and growth targets. They conduct weekly and monthly motivational sales and training meetings to accomplish sales team objectives and drive continuous improvement in local market performance. The Assistant Sales Manager ensures that our customers receive a superior sales experience and find the right product for their home or business. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and track key sales metrics * Forecast and deliver on monthly sales goals * Manage sales rep schedules and assign appointments * Provide daily and weekly motivation to sales reps * Field phone calls from sales reps and assist them in closing new orders * Plan and deliver weekly training meetings with all sales reps in market * Forecast staffing needs and work with sales recruiters to recruit and hire new sales reps * Interview new sales rep candidates * Facilitate Empire's sales training program to newly hired sales reps * Conduct monthly performance reviews with sales reps * Complete in-field ride-along assessments with sales reps * Address and resolve customer issues related to sales appointments Desired Skills and Experience: * Sales management background, with experience managing teams of sales employees * Sales training experience * Background in direct to consumer, in-home and / or retail sales * Sales experience in the flooring or home improvement industries * Strong customer service orientation and experience * Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade others * Strong skills in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and handheld tablets * A high degree of organization, accuracy and attention to detail * Ability and willingness to work extended hours and weekends * High School Diploma or GED; 2 year degree or equivalent preferred * Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and verifiable auto insurance required.
