To direct a team of Wholesale and Service Sales Representatives in meeting sales objectives while maintaining and growing customer base within a specific region of the US;
Continuously improve knowledge of our products, our service and professional sales tactics and strategies;
Provide superior customer service to build customer loyalty.
Maintain relationships and grow business with key dealers and users within an assigned sales territory.
Monitor accountability and standard behaviors and expectations within an assigned regional sales team.
Consult with other sales managers to facilitate and develop continuing training strategies for the Aftermarket Wholesale and Service Sales Team.
Technical understanding of our product line and the service we provide
THE PROFILE TO SUCCEED
You hold a Bachelors Degree;
You have sales management experience;
You preferably will have sales experience or experience in the material handling or tire industry;
You have proficiency in computer applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
You have strong organizational skills;
You are self-motivated and a strong team player;
