RESPONSIBILITIES
The Job Responsibilities of this Sales Manager includes, but are not limited to:
Lead and manage the sales team, including training, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve sales goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through market research and competitive analysis, informing strategic decision-making.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes and proposing actionable insights for improvement.
Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness, refining lead generation techniques, streamlining sales operations, and optimizing the use of sales tools and technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are met through customer-centric sales approaches.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth by analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Minimum of 3 years Sales management experience
Sales training experience
Customer Service experience
Proven success training and developing people
Preferred
Management experience in the home services industry
4-year degree
Trade knowledge
Commitment to Culture
