Sales Manager, Americas

A Sales Manager in Auburn Hills, MI is available courtesy of Akkodis. We are looking for a results oriented professional to lead and drive the safes efforts in North and South America. The primary focus will be to grow the business with American Automotive OEMs but also expand into new markets. Will consider 100% remote.

Pay: $140,000 - $150,000

Sales Manager job responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the automotive OEM market as well as other markets/sectors

• Identify and prioritize target accounts, establish key relationships and drive opportunities from lead generation to closure

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing and customer success

• Conduct local market research and analysis to identify emerging trends or competitive threats

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of sales experience in the Automotive Industry

• Ability to travel domestically and to South America

• Strong understanding of the automotive market, industry trends, key players
