Sales Manager Rainbo Oil Company 1 Positions ID: 1327659 Posted On 10/11/2024 Job Overview Job Summary: Rainbo Oil is currently looking for a competitive lubricants outside representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients in a designated territory. In this position, you will be responsible for developing a new territory be securing new customers within assigned counties in Missouri and Illinois selling a specific premium line of lubricants. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and researching competition. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while adhering to our company core values and policies. As a team member you will use your strong interpersonal skills to provide service and support to customers and coordinating this with our team members of the company. Job Responsibilities:
Create and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals and those put in place by company.
Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in assigned sales territory.
Develop and deliver reports regarding territory prospects and sales potential on a regular basis using different platforms as required by team leaders.
Adhere to all company procedures, policies and display company core values so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers.
Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep up with latest industry and company developments.
Maintain and expand client base within assigned territory while reaching desired profitability levels within preferred heavy duty, commercial and industrial lubrication sales. Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years proven sales experience in lubricants industry, preferably outside sales focused on heavy duty, commercial and industrial accounts.
Preferably experienced with Chevron Lubricants
Self-motivated and driven for personal and company success
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Strong organizational skills
Computer use competency especially with Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
