Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Deer Park, TX

Summary

To target and develop growth opportunities within the specified region, to control the sales function by providing day to day management to the external sales team, to develop personal customer relationships and act as a product expert.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Identification and development of opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Industrial and Infrastructure markets

  • To identify routes to market and implement along with the development of the required operational support structure.

  • Target opportunities with specified accounts and work in conjunction with branch manager to convert potential.

  • The day to day management of the sales team as well as responsibility for the generation of revenues.

  • To obtain and analyze market information to assist with the development and implementation of strategic direction.

  • To develop annual sales plans and take ownership of forecasts.

  • To meet or exceed the goals set by the Branch

  • To identify, track and secure contracts from key projects

  • To establish a direct link with decision-makers in the Design, Operating and Construction companies with the aim of getting TBD's range of products and services specified.

  • To develop and manage a sales team capable of developing and supporting the company's customers.

Skills and Competencies

  • Extensive relevant experience with a proven track record in sales management

  • A Good Understanding of the markets served in the region

  • Sufficient Technical Competencies Or The Ability To Understand A Technical Environment

  • A Strong Ability In The Use Of Computers And Microsoft Office Software To Generate Various Reports, Make Presentations And Data Management

  • Visionary approach

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
