Job Description Job Description LSI Staffing is hiring for a Sales Representative (Warehousing) in USA Parkway Join Our Team LSI Staffing is looking for a driven Sales Representative (Warehousing) to help expand our customer base in USA Parkway. If you have a passion for logistics, a knack for building relationships, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you Direct Hire $50K - $90K DOE Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new customers for warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding to achieve revenue targets. Provide pricing for warehousing services to customers and freight forwarders. Respond to inquiries related to storage solutions and new shipments.

Follow up on proposals and offers sent to potential clients. Maintain accurate records of customer meetings and inquiries in the CRM system. Schedule and conduct new customer visits.

Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Develop strategic sales plans on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Communicate secured business deals to the Operations Team with relevant details.

Prepare sales reports and actively participate in company meetings and networking events. Uphold company standards by adhering to Safety, Health, and Environmental policies. Work towards achieving financial goals aligned with the target budget.

Requirements & Qualifications: A customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on solutions. Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.

Familiarity with warehousing requirements, transportation methods, and Incoterms. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors while demonstrating integrity. Capable of mentoring and providing feedback to enhance the sales team’s performance.

Education & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within warehousing, transportation, or logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
