This position is a North America role. It can be based anywhere in North America however, it does not have to be based at a Rockwell office
The primary objective of the North America Sales Enablement organization is effective customer engagements that deliver exceptional business outcomes.
We do this by UNDERSTANDING our customers and sales teams, COMBINING our capabilities and tools in sales context and SIMPLIFYING the experience of our sales team.
The Sales Leadership Program Manager will create a culture and practice of strong leadership development within North America Sales.
Understand the roles expectations of sales leadership at all levels of the North America Sales Organization
Develop & execute a Sales Leadership Programs that align with stakeholder priorities and the Global Sales Leadership framework
Actively engage with the Global Sales Enablement Team to influence and leverage strategy, programs and resources representing both Global and North America interests
Develop & execute close loop feedback to understand effectiveness and continue improvement and program evolution
Set up and lead a North America Sales Leadership Council
