  • Manages effective network of senior internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience. Focuses on bringing the full range of PNC's products and services to the client. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.

  • Develops team members while monitoring progress against individual goals. Motivates and develops staff, including acquiring top talent and managing performance-based issues. Effectively plans, organizes, directs, analyzes and evaluates staff and processes. Connects strategy to day-to-day activities and updates the team on a regular basis.

  • As defined with the business, coaches team members on skills needed to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk and to lead others on credit requests by utilizing advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.

The Banking Center Support Analyst is the first point of contact for resolution of any supported item not immediately resolved at the branch office level. The Analyst directs, troubleshoots, and develops solutions related to retail banking center associates (Tellers, Client Service Advisors, Sales Support Specialists, Asst. Managers, Managers, and RMMs). This includes writing procedures, validating and testing that policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed to support client service, maximize efficiency, minimize risk, contribute positively to retail associates' engagement, and ensure compliance with controls required by regulations, internal audit, internal compliance, and internal security departments. The Analyst helps identifies gaps, or may be asked by a retail associate, to provide education and support around gaps encountered in banking center processes and reporting. The Analyst is responsible for making recommendations to resolve the support issues to the retail banking center associates in an efficient manner that complies with Bank Policy and Banking Regulations. The Analyst pro-actively looks for ways to recommend process improvement in a way that enhances the client experience. The Analyst will make recommendations on process improvements in an effort to enable the associates in banking centers to focus solely on sales and performing client services, and managers and RMMs to focus on coaching and leading the sales and retention efforts. The remaining time, the Analyst will be responsible for gathering and validating various operational reports for accuracy that are produced by the banking centers and other lines of business. Analysts will serve as support for conversion, denovos, relocations, closures. This position can be based out of one of our many banking center locations* Essential Functions/Responsibilities: * Prioritizes and manages numerous tasks at once and respond effectively to issues that surface unexpectedly * Utilize Focus strategy when partnering/consulting with peers and business partners to ultimately contribute to the success of the company or initiative at hand. * Regulatory, risk, and compliance knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with peers, partners, and retail associates * Writes and manages processes and procedures for the Retail Division * Assist in training and updating retail associates on policy and regulatory requirements, and creating best practices to implement around routine operational tasks. * Confident, strong communicator, collaborator with retail associates and RMMs, partnering to develop innovative ways to change and improve upon processes with a goal of minimizing risk, improving efficiency, and improving client experience Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job: * 3-5 Years minimum * Prior Banking or Operations experience * Customer Service Experience * Word and Excel knowledge * Teller and Platform system knowledge and experience * High School diploma or equivalent * Ability to make sound judgment decisions as it pertains to Banking guidelines and policies/procedures. * Advanced knowledge of banking industry regulatory guidelines, risk, and compliance * Strong written and verbal communicator. Ability to effectively communicate with peers, partners, clients and retail associates both professionally and interpersonally. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. * Ability to analyze and interpret data and make recommendations. * Strong knowledge of policies, systems and equipment to respond quickly and accurately to retail associate troubleshooting needs * Ability to coach and provide feedback to peers and business partners.
