Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Team Lead/Developer. In this role, you will play a vital part in our member sales, assisting with the growth and expansion of our customer base. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers, promoting our services and products, and achieving sales targets. Along with helping to develop a strong sales team.

As a Sales Team Lead/Developer at one of our Buffalo, NY franchised location, * you'll join a wellness community that's 35,000 strong. As a team, we're committed to delivering an excellent experience every time and growing our member base to help more people on their wellness journey. Your role in our mission is converting guests to members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. This includes:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our products or services and explain the benefits of regular massage, skin care and stretch services.

  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers, utilizing persuasive and effective sales techniques.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Train all new Sales Team Members and continuously observe/ coach to drive performance.

  • Set goals to help drive individual and overall clinic performance.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using our Meevo system.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Stay up to date with all company promotions, products and services, and competitors' products to effectively position our offerings in the market.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

  • Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.

  • Connect clients with retail products that improve, enhance, and extend the positive impact of the services they receive.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Morning, Mid and Evening shifts

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Membership commission pay.
