We're hiring for a 12-week paid sales internship. During this time, you will learn core skills that will serve as a strong foundation to a career in business, technical sales and marketing.

We will teach you:

  • The cutting edge Fortive Business Services model (FBS)

  • Quickly learn our portfolio of solutions and key customer applications

  • Marketing skills including researching and identifying key trends to sell into

  • Social Selling Methodologies

  • Sales from prospecting to closing using the Sandler Selling Method

  • Event Planning and Networking

  • Account Management

You will:

  • Work on a cross functional team including members of sales, marketing and engineering

  • Identify key trends in a given company /geography

  • Prospect potential customers

  • Develop a networking/lunch and learn event based on your research

  • Track new customer contacts, opportunities, and revenue generated from this event

  • Report results to our leadership team
