Sales Intelligence Analyst

Make Just Born's next 100 years sweeter as Sales Intelligence Analyst. Work with the Sr. Sales Intelligence Manager and Director of Sales to assist in the coordination and implementation of all sales and analytical deliverables to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Will work closely with the Field Sales team, Broker network, and internal teams to provide the sales support tools needed to enable a successful interaction with brokers, customers, and retailers.

Qualifications for this position are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent related work experience.

• Minimum of three years' related experience.

• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Products. Understanding of SAP and Vistex preferred and a general comprehension of Forecasting processes.

• Minimal travel required based on business needs to include two national trade shows.

• Ability to oversee multiple projects, high attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer focus; proactive, high-energy work style with a winning and urgent attitude.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Broker Commissions: Responsible for the Just Born Broker Commission process. Collaborating closely with Sr. Sales Intelligence Manager, Finance, and Customer Service on the calculation and administration of commissions on a monthly basis.

• Broker and Field Sales Forecast: Provide analytical and administrative support to the Broker Forecast process in collaboration with Sr. Sales Intelligence Manager, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Field Sales. Assist in the monthly development of the 12-month rolling Everyday forecast, and Seasonal projections.

• Trade Management Process: Support the Sr. Sales Intelligence Manager in the oversight of the Vistex Trade Management process with Field Sales and Broker network. Responsible for reviewing submitted trade agreements and providing feedback prior to Sales Management approval.

• Broker Contracts: Responsible for the administration of the approved Broker contracts including updates, amendments, and supportive documentation. Full collaboration is required with Sales Management, Finance and Legal. Responsible for the Master Broker and Field Sales contact lists updates.

• Sample Fulfillment: Support the Sales Operations team with the Just Born Sample fulfillment process. This includes assistance with Sample administration for Brokers, Trade Shows, and internal partners.

• Business Intelligence Tool: Required to be a Power User for Business Intelligence tool in the execution of responsibilities with Commissions, Forecasting, and Trade Management responsibilities.

• Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with Field Sales and Broker Teams to assist in delivering profitable solutions in support of business growth. Represent the Sales and Marketing division professionally in all initiatives, and functions in a proactive versus reactive mode.
