An "Implementation Specialist Consultant" successfully manages highly complex, including but not limited to ASO/self-funded, client implementations and renewals that require a high degree of customization and novel management approaches.

Other responsibilities:

  • Lead development of standard and customized implementation processes to meet complex and/or ASO/self-funded client requirements.

  • Responsible for development of highly customized project plan for complex and/or ASO/self-funded client-specific deliverables that may result in new process development.

  • Leads implementation strategy and timeline development through virtual and in-person client meetings (Brokers, Client Groups, and/or HR) to ensure complex and custom deliverables are met successfully.

  • Creates and presents customized collateral to educate client/broker on the enrollment through billing process

  • Oversees the collection process and system entry of group and member information, including templates and files used in the process.

  • Coordinates appropriate parties (IT, Ops, Client, CE, etc) to drive creative solutioning for complex issues.

  • Operates as the point of contact for escalations if group enrollment is at risk.

  • Leads cross-departmental teams to ensure complex and/or ASO/self-funded implementations are completed on schedule and presents status reports to leadership.

  • Attend client meetings in person where required.

  • Responsible for facilitating exception processes, per the contract, to ensure client's experience is well managed.

  • Post enrollment period, responsible for the identification and implementation of process improvements such as: modernizing client collateral and artifacts, optimization of internal enrollment processes, creation of improved performance measures, etc.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

  • Typically, viewed as a specialist within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management.

  • Typically, requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Prior demonstrated experience managing, supporting or implementing ASO and/or other self-funded accounts with a health plan strongly preferred.

The Sales Specialist Flooring serves as an expert, explaining the specifications and features of a product or service to existing or potential customers, with the goal of closing a sale. This associate provides exceptional consultative services to customers and confirms their needs are met before leaving the store. The Sales Specialist Flooring is also responsible for executing orders and projects in their area of focus. Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores. What We're Looking For * Hourly Full Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store. * Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week. * Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. * Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance. What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 1 year of external experience in customer facing sales OR 6 months Lowe's retail experience. Preferred Qualifications * 1 year of experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including Special Order Sales. * 2 years of experience identifying and selling products based upon customer needs or plans. * 2 years of experience in providing customer service including identifying and resolving customer complaints, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business. * 2 years of experience following up on outstanding or incomplete customer orders, sales, or installs. * 1 year of experience promoting product related services and plans such as installation, delivery, credit financing, or extended protection plans. * 2 years of experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics. * 1 year of employment with Lowe's as a Sales Specialist. * 2 years of experience in a trade directly related to flooring OR 2 years experience selling flooring. If the state or local municipality requires a salesperson license for this position, you must either be licensed or pass the requisite licensing exam within sixty (60) days of starting employment in this position.
