  • Provide daily presentations through face-to-face, telephone, and on-stage group sales presentations to Guests and Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Members in a consistent and organized manner, utilizing the counselor sales approach

  • Deliver the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) message concisely and consistently

  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge on Disney Vacation Club, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line in order to move prospects and Members toward a buying decision to join DVC or increase their Membership level

  • Make any necessary provisions for follow up in order to obtain the sale
