Looking for Sales Executive to join our team and focus on Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of staffing solutions, and a proven track record of building client relationships to drive revenue.Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new business opportunities for Staff Augmentation services through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their talent needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting Staff Augmentation services to potential clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful resource placement.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT/Staff Augmentation or staffing solutions.
- Strong understanding of Staff Augmentation services and resource management.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
