Providence Staffings client is seeking to hire an experienced and street smart Sales Executive to their New York office in Midtown to market their Staffing solutions. The primary job responsibility for the Sales Executive is to market the client IT Staffing solutions to new clients.
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively.
- Establish new client relationships with hiring managers and Human resources departments.
- Actively meet the clients at their offices to make sales pitch and to make presentations.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective sales growth strategies.
- Be the thought leader for sales and able to implement innovative strategies selling trends, competitive landscape and marketing programs.
- Facilitate feedback to business regarding client needs, operational needs and business opportunities
- Provide executive level representation at team meetings with prospects, and clients.
- Assist in developing a brand identity and recognition
- Experienced in marketing of Staffing services/solutions to corporate companies preferably from a IT staffing or technology company.
- Knowledge and understanding of various technology and skills sets.
- Must be detail-oriented, deadline-focused, independent thinker, team player, good follow-up, experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task are essential.
The compensation is commensurate with experience. The compensation will consist of a base salary with attractive commission plan.
