City Wide Facility Solutions is adding another high-performing Sales Executive to sell with integrity. Are you looking for an opportunity to work in your territory to bring an energetic mentality to a growth oriented company? Then we’d like to hear from YOU!  City Wide is seeking a self-starter motivated by winning.  We are a Towson, MD based sales and management company in the facility services industry. Our business model is great, making it simple to explain the added value we offer. 

As a Sales Executive you will ask questions and listen to uncover prospect needs and strategize how City Wide might solve them.  this is best for a hunter who can close as well, managing all aspects of the sales process. Prospecting is a dailyfocus.  Career advancement opportunities abound in our growing firm.

  • Develop qualified leads via contacts/our database and working with a BDS, record activity, meet metrics
  • Develop client relationships referencing our business model to build trust
  • Guide, manage, mentor your appointment setter (BDS) to maximize opportunities 
  • Build your pipeline.  Actively use our happy clients as a resource for referrals

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn best practices from others; create relationships & be responsive
  • Excellent communication skills with owners/C-Level/ etc.; be a great listener
  • Entrepreneurial, Dynamic Engaging and Energetic personality
  • Energized by helping prospective clients resolve issues
  • Competitive with a desire to win
  • Work independently – know the ‘numbers game’ and exceed metrics; follow up; presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Sandler or Carnegie training a plus
  • Sell value over just price; a bit of successful sales experience a plus, but we will train the right person
  • Organized, MSO and CRM knowledge

  • Competitive Base Salary + Monthly Commission+ Quarterly Bonus.  Anticipated first year total compensation to $100k; second year earnings can reach $125k+ for top performers
