In this role, you will collaborate with extended teams to align and create quarterly sales programs to help the Americas Territory Sales teams and different sales channels focus on selling. You will deliver the quarterly actionable targets mapped to customer conversations, sales approaches, highlighting the value of our solutions to solve their business challenges to generate sales. You will align, develop, and execute on strategic & innovative sales initiatives resulting in sales teams reaching their sales goals.

Work closely with sales and marketing leads to maximize focus, support communication of tools, strategic sales plays, and drive alignment
Develop strong sales stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.
Review plans and solicit feedback from stakeholder teams, such as sales, partner management and partners
Leverage historic performance and team input to develop budgets & forecasts for the program
Manage all aspects of quarterly sales program, initiatives, or offers from development to execution for assigned industries and channels.
Create Quarterly Sales Plays aligned to support the internal territory sales teams and Partner Channels pipeline needs.
Coordinate, Create, and Present the quarterly sales programs/initiatives to Internal Territory Sales teams and to channel partners via online or pre-recorded platforms
Analyze sales program/initiative metrics and sales trends to evaluate success. Anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remedies.
Monitor sales program/initiative strategies, tactics and procedures to meet changing needs of territory sales team, partners and the business.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Min 6 years in sales, channel sales, marketing, or relevant technology experience
Experience in developing, implementing and communicating sales programs and initiatives
Strong collaboration, teamwork and influencing skills
Strong meeting facilitation skills
Flexible approach to people, projects, and assignments
Action oriented with a high attention to detail
Excellent program management and follow-through skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of an organization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge and understanding of sales and channel
Ability to work independently and collaborate successfully with remote individuals, and teams
Highly organized and able to maintain clarity in changing environments
Self-motivated and excellent problem-solving skills as well as a team-oriented attitude
Skilled in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and multitask.
Travel as needed
Understanding of value drivers for sales teams
