  • Working closely with our Account Executives from our Bellevue, WA location, the Sales Engineer understands the needs of customers and determines how the software solution meets those needs.
  • Preparing for and presenting demos of the software solution to customers onsite or remotely.
  • Having technical discussions about Zenotis software services with a potential customers IT team.
  • Having the expertise to identify and define customers needs. In the event customers needs cannot be met, the Sales Engineer works with the product planning teams to see if the required functionality can be built into the product.
  • Responds to RFPs from potential customers.
  • Utilizes a strong technical background to respond to security, network architecture, industry compliance standards and other technical questions from potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience or an understanding of the beauty & wellness or fitness industry is a plus.
  • 4+ years of strong technical sales/solutions architect background, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with energetic phone and in-person handling, attentive listening, and superior writing.
  • Desire to work in a competitive environment where ones growth potential is driven by ones abilities and attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Let's get started: Job Description: The Technical Sales Engineer is a visionary, strategist, analytical thinker, customer evangelist, leader of execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. Technical Sales Engineers (TSE) reports to the Sr. Manager, National Sales Engineering and remotely supports the national footprint of Business Sales Account Managers on an inbound basis for post-sale support escalations and information. TSEs offer engineering level support beyond the normal channels and pick up where care (and like departments) leave off. Typical post-sales support includes gaining an understanding of the customer's business and analysis of the customer's mobile communication issues. Effectively and efficiently communicating with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. TSEs often lead the coordination of cross functional teams. Including sales, engineering, operations, marketing and customer care to address customer issues and deliver timely resolutions. TSE advocates for the customer, perpetuating the customer-first mindset. The position requires up to 10% travel. What you'll do in your role.
