The ATS After Sales & Service team in our Rolling Meadows Life Sciences Divisions is looking for a technically talented, process driven and detail orientated Service Solutions Specialist to focus in the area of spares management to drive bookings to plan within margins tolerance and contribute to our customer satisfaction scores by exceeding customer expectations. The Services Solutions Specialist - Spares will pro-actively develop our understanding of customer's assets, identify where our spares services adds value, cost and write the proposal and supported the education of the customer to the benefit.

Build sustainable and mutually profitable relationships with customers through proactive business development an effort in the area of spares management, recommended spare parts kits, obsolescence and spares assemblies.
Meet bookings targets and key performance indicators (KPI).
Identify and assess customers' assets and needs, developing our install base intelligence and managing our pipeline through the CRM.
Pro-actively contact current and potential customers to educate them on our spare parts services and develop business opportunities.
Support the CAPEX sales and application team with recommended spare part kits to be included in new systems proposals.
Assess and quote spares assemblies opportunities post SAT.
Write and deliver spares proposals in a timely fashion that exceeds customer expectations.
Leverage customer touch points to educate customers on the importance and value of ATS spares management services.
Work with supply chain to validate bills of Materials (BOM) needed, costs and lead times.
Accurately forecast bookings on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Keep records of customer interactions and file documents using CRM, ERP and other available technologies.
Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest customer service product developments.
Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS/sortimat Code of Business Conduct.
Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
Adhere to all International Standardization Organization (ISO) Procedures/Forms/ Work Instructions as well as department procedures.
Support and participate in Quality Management Program.
Off-hours availability may be required.
Other duties as assigned.
Associates degree in a mechanical field and 3+ years' experience in an automation environment.
Experience with CRM use and pipeline management.
Experience with spares management, spare parts design and sales is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to achieve bookings targets.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills - verbal and written
Dynamic, customer-oriented personality who operates well in a goal-oriented environment.
Strong written skills and attention to detail. Proposal writing is a key part of this role.
Comfortable with up-selling and pro-actively developing new opportunities.
Knowledge of computer programs such as Salesforce, Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and Windows.
