SALES ENGINEER

Our sales team is the growth engine of ProService Hawaii, dedicated to identifying and nurturing new opportunities, building trust, and turning prospects into satisfied clients while driving revenue.

The Sales Engineer is a critical role in our sales team, responsible for tasks such as pricing, client outreach, and document management. They assist in pricing, conduct pipeline review meetings, and communicate directly with potential partners. This role involves generating proposal collateral, supporting sales reps in preparation, and maintaining process efficiency. The Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in our sales process, ensuring smooth operations and effective lead distribution.

  • Sales Support:

  • Assist with pricing processes, ensuring competitive rates.

  • Manage applications and follow up for necessary documents.

  • Client Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with potential partners via introductory emails.

  • Conduct client outreach through calls and emails to advance the sales process.

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to coordinate outreach efforts.

  • Directly communicate with prospective partners, providing relevant information and assistance.

  • Proposal and Documentation:

  • Take ownership of proposal collateral, ensuring it's compelling and accurate.

  • Handle document and contract management, including creation, editing, and sending.

  • Keep sales reps informed about the status of each deal, facilitating smooth communication.

  • Process Efficiency:

  • Identify and address process inefficiencies to streamline operations.

  • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Review the sales pipeline with sales reps, identifying and troubleshooting any roadblocks.

  • Lead Management:

  • Efficiently manage inbound leads, correctly assigning them to the right Business Development Managers (BDMs).

  • Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce to analyze lead effectiveness.

  • Communicate lead expectations with BDMs and Sales Leaders, aligning strategies for successful lead conversion.

The base compensation for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, administration or related field.

  • Previous sales support or technical sales experience.

  • Proficiency in underwriting, document management, and CRM tools.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Team collaboration and organization.
