AutoCAD design and engineering experience required
Experience in telecommunications / wireless industry required
4+ years of AutoCAD and construction drawing preparation
Ability to learn and retain new knowledge
Self-starter with desire and ability to learn and retain knowledge
Ability to multitask and learn new information quickly and effectively
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Ability to exercise adaptability in new situations
Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage teams both locally & remotely, manage work load of team, and mentoring for team members

Essential Job Functions
Must be able to jump to multiple jobs at once and multitask well
Willing to learn new and exciting technologies, and continually self-educate on industry standards
Accurately follow instructions and complete assigned course of action in accordance with scope of work
Willing to work in AutoCAD daily on a design or review level
Performs active business development, marketing and public relations activities in support of business development goals
Can work well with teams, but also with little supervision
Take part in Social Media strategy, planning, messaging, and implementation
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions if needed
Serves as a company representative on civic, business, charitable and professional organizations
Willing to put in extra hours when needed, but also enjoy the shorter hours when available
Accurately and timely document job information and provide AUTOCAD detailing
Partners with operations teams to plan, create presentations, and execute plans on pursuits or to business partners and community organizations
Must have excellent communication, electronically and in person
Understand and strictly adhere to established customer quality requirements without deviation
Other duties as assigned by management
Participate in Client Development
Relocation within 6 months to 5 years to new market
