Chromalox seeks a talented Sales Engineer to grow sales in an established territory (Philadelphia and surrounding areas) with tremendous growth potential. Must be capable of managing base business and layering in new customers utilizing the broadest range and most advanced heating and control technologies in the industry.
Sales Engineers will focus on growing sales in a variety of high-growth OEM markets such as Lab & Analytical, Medical Equipment, Military & Defense, Plastics, Packaging, Commercial Food, Transportation and HVAC.

Thrives in competitive environment and is motivated and energized by challenge of developing and securing OEM accounts up to and exceeding $1M.
Capable of solving applications and developing standard and custom solutions to meet customers' needs.
Enjoys developing strong relationships with customers and becoming part of their team to assist them with developing and successfully launching new products.
Receptive to learning and willing to participate in outstanding company-provided training programs.
Outstanding time management skills and an ability to manage a large, existing base business while layering in new growth opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical background
Prior selling experience within related industries and markets
Welcomes and enjoys occasional travel within their region.
