Sales Engineer

Work closely with sales counterparts to devise Enterprise win strategy
Able to listen customers and connect business challenges to solutions
Build credibility and trust on company technology & solution, whilst able to influence decision makers
Develop custom demos, scope and deliver a POC based on customer s business and technical requirements
Respond to RFI s/RFP s
Lead technical architecture conversations with data scientist, analytics and marketing tech teams
Possess pre-sales experience with Enterprise Customers, serve as a technical subject-matter expert on company' s solutions
Able and willing to travel as needed
Provide support to numerous AE s across multiple sales territories Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise customers
Ability to develop custom demos using customer and company data
Experience selling SaaS solutions or implementations
Comfortable engaging with business C-level and technical audiences
4+ years of experience with AdTech & data solutions
Proficiency with troubleshooting audiences in DSP s, DMP s and log files
Basic understanding of programming language preferred
Bachelors degree required

VIEW JOBS 10/24/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-22T00:00 Position Summary ABM Electrical Power Servics is searching for an experienced Sales Engineer professional to call on CEO's, building owners and upper level management throughout the local markets. We target the commercial, industrial, manufacturing and institutional markets with proactive, industry leading electrical Maintenance services that show our customers' bottom line cost savings in their facility operating budget. This position is base salary plus commission to include a monthly auto allowance. Essential Duties * Responsible for outside sales and booking new electrical preventive maintenance agreements and project sales * Responsible for generating new prospects thru cold calling, networking with existing relationships, as well as company sponsored lead programs. * Analyze requests for quotations (RFQ), including commercial and technical specifications to develop effective, accurate and professional quotations. * Demonstrate a working knowledge of the ABM Electrical Power selling cycle and selling system in assigned territory utilizing sales tools, strategies, and programs in their dedicated product markets. * Implement, use and maintain to manage sales pipeline, produce effective sales forecasts, and manage account management plan for assigned client/territory. * Demonstrate the ability to develop an annual personal sales plan including activity required to obtain annual plan. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Job duties may be modified at any time. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum, 5 years outside business to business sales experience selling a value added service, required. * Experience in selling preventive maintenance. * Experienced in selling to electrical utility companies and electrical contractors who service the electrical utility industry, preferred. * Proven track record and experience including consultative sales, new business development, meeting an annual revenue sales quota, identifying customer's budgets, and cost justification selling, required. * Must possess high volume cold calling experience as well as the drive needed to sell our service, required. * Service industry contract sales experience is helpful, and must have technical aptitude with ability to be trained. (Electrical experience preferred) * Must be consultative, have above average energy and work ethic, possess strong verbal written communication skills, be money motivated, and competitive.
