The Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for executing sales effectiveness initiatives to improve sales productivity. The person in this role will manage the daily implementation, configuration, and administration of the company's sales & marketing automation solution to improve sales performance, lead generation, conversions, and close ratios. The Sales Enablement Specialist will work directly with the company's sales and business development team members to activate sales campaigns, provide general training/onboarding, launch and deploy sales enablement programs, and serve as the point of contact for first-level support related to inquiries escalated from system users. In addition, the Sales Enablement Specialist works closely with sales leadership & sales operations to generate actionable reports, optimize the sales process, and organize sales training data.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Configure and administrate sales automation, including reporting, data cleansing, tracking and deployment of sales enablement programs and activities
Guide the development, delivery and training of onboarding, continuing education, and other enablement content for our sales enablement function
Build content and learning experiences to support the sales team
Support the identification of current skills and knowledge gaps in our sales teams
Create and facilitate skills trainings for sales
Facilitate and coach instructor-led workshops, micro-learnings, and/or other types of virtual sessions on a variety of topics as needed
Gather insights, analyze data analytics as well as the practical application of learnings
Support metrics and objectives for enablement and make recommendations for increasing productivity
Support long-range planning, strategic processes, and execution of Global Enablement & Training team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing, or related field
5 years project management and business experience
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
Knowledge of advanced sales enablement techniques
Experience with mapping sales processes & data analysis
Exceptional customer service skills supporting internal stakeholders
General understanding of the selling process
Knowledge of sales automation systems and reporting
Experience supporting/training a sales organization
Both creative and analytical critical-thinking, problem-solving skills
