Join our high-performing Enterprise Sales team comprised of professionals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, including top-producing Hays Recruitment professionals with experience from our global businesses.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist you are responsible for executing programs that generate new leads, nurtures existing contacts, and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts across the Americas. They will act as liaisons between sales and marketing (Americas and Global B2B)

The Sales Enablement Specialist will lead the implementation of the marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs, including both inbound and outbound tactics, supported by the local marketing team in delivery.

Your new role:

  • Implement target account growth strategies to support account-based selling, and target account reach.

  • Implement pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts

  • Follow, implement, and control the annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on bringing in new target account logos for the Enterprise sales team, cross selling / upselling and accelerating existing opportunities, to increase customer lifetime value in existing target strategic accounts.

  • Work with local and global marketing to leverage relevant existing content.

  • Proactively engage with every stake holder from the Marketing Team, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.

  • Communicate and educate the team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global and local programs, and explore how they'll be followed up with / used with target accounts

  • Track channel performance, and lead flow to ensure we are following up on marketing in a timely manner, inform marketing effectiveness decisions, and return on investment is being realized

  • Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels including digital, events, and social media

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans and target personas; overseeing a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals

  • Identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts

  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes

  • Be the Sales Cloud Super User for the sales team, making sure all the Sales Activity is registered properly.

  • Build foundational recruitment (find & engage) skills, knowledge and take responsibility for own development.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities with Learning & Development.

  • Actively showcase and live HAYS values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance.

What you will have:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in the Outsourced Staffing Solutions like MSP, Direct Sourcing, CMO. Could be in tech side of the business (VMS).

  • Proven track record in B2B demand generation, ideally within a services led company focused on large Enterprise level clients

  • Attention to detail and discipline to stick to process

  • Solid experience executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include email, events (incl. webinars), digital advertising, and social networking.

  • Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.

  • Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.

  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
