We're looking for a strategic and creative individual to join our sales enablement team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both design and sales strategy (not just one or the other), eager to learn, and ready to make a significant impact. If you have a knack for creating compelling content and a strategic sales mindset, we'd love to meet you!

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the sales enablement team to design and create engaging sales materials,

  • including presentations, one-pagers, strategic assets and more.

  • Facilitate quick turnarounds on timely needs for deals and projects.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales enablement tools and resources to support the

  • sales team.

  • Track the competitive landscape & maintain needed materials

  • Support the development and execution of training programs for the sales team.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across

  • all sales materials.

  • Conduct research to identify trends and insights that can enhance sales strategies.

  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Assist in organizing and managing sales enablement projects and initiatives.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.

  • 2+ Years of relevant work experience

  • Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),

  • google slides, and/or other design tools.

  • Ability to operate quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of sales processes and strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM software is a plus.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
