Appcast is currently seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to help support our sales training and coaching efforts as well as our organizations overall training efforts.
The position will work with Appcast's Chief Revenue Officer and with department leaders and support sales, marketing and account management teams across the organization. In this newly created role, the team will look to this position to help manage all facets of training and development for the sales teams. This role will be responsible for developing new training and sales enablement programs as well as all existing programs. Ideally, candidates will have previous experience as a Learning and Development Professional, as well strong organizational, sales, and coaching experience.
Manage and coordinate training and development of the sales teams.
Product training, sales enablement training, new hire training, ongoing training of all teams, as well as developing and supporting client facing training materials
Work cohesively with product, sales and account management teams to ensure all training needs are documented, developed, and continuously updated and improved
Develop and manage appropriate tools to meet and exceed the company's learning goals and objectives
Develop and report on key Learning and Development KPIs
Ensure version control and access to training programs and materials meet and exceed the company's expectations
Work with individual sales teams to identify areas of focus and development plans to address deficiencies
Desired Skills and Experience
3+ years in Learning Development or a similar role
Direct selling and or sales management experience
Bachelor's degree and additional Learning and Development certifications are a plus
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills are essential
Experience with Learning and Development tools and resources
