We are currently seeking a remote/virtual based, Sales Enablement Platform Manager specializing in the Seismic sales enablement platform and content management best practices, to join our JLL Technologies (JLL/T) team. Seismic is currently leveraged by the Sales Enablement team to directly supports the JLL/T sellers. Our Sales Enablement mission is to increase the efficiency of the JLL/T sales team through the entire buyer journey by providing supportive and timely sales content, pitch support, product demonstrations, and sales narrative training.

What this job involves

Managing our Seismic platform and ensuring its success as our primary global sales enablement content platform

As a Sales Enablement Platform Manager at JLL/T, you will be directly responsible for manging our Seismic platform, which supports sales, sales enablement, customer success, and sales operations. You will

  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine our platform strategy and execute processes and platform improvement, and proactively identify information, sales resources and best practices to drive user productivity and to optimize the Seismic user experience.

  • Successfully manage multiple projects, contacts and conversations at any one time. This includes managing a content governance process for retiring and updating content assets.

Oversee ongoing platform management

  • Monitor and respond to reported bugs/issues. Work with user community, JLL IT, and Seismic support team for quick resolution

  • Attend necessary training to stay current and increase knowledge of Seismic features and enhancements

  • Work with Seismic (vendor) and key stakeholders to define the Seismic functionality and enhancements roadmap for JLLT implementation. Also responsible for the deployment and maintenance of new functionality and enhancements where appropriate. This will include integrations into our CRM platform, Salesforce.

Drive adoption and continuous improvement

  • Work the content team to develop strategies, guidelines, templates, and training that improve the seller experience in Seismic (and Salesforce).

  • Analyze data related to adoption of platform features and make platform / content recommendations.

  • Manage LiveDocs that generate Statements of Work. Work with product owners and Legal to understand needed rules and back-end functionality.

Education and experience

  • 4+ years of relevant/professional experience, preferably in Marketing, Business, Sales or Communication

  • Experience managing Seismic (ideal), or a technology platform, content management system or web-based sales platform

  • Experience managing Salesforce (ideal), or a similar CRM platform

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; technically minded with the ability and curiosity to discover the root cause and find a resolution

  • Experience working with business analytics or data software
