Job Summary of our Sales Enablement Manager
Our Sales Enablement Manager will report to our Portland, OR office and be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive sales training & development program to drive revenue and empower our sales teams to be effective and productive. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working in field sales or alongside sales teams in a sales enablement role. We are looking for a self- motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed.
Responsibilities of our Sales Enablement Manager will Include:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the overall Sales Training Program focused on driving revenue
Manage new hire sales enablement on-boarding- logistics, planning and content, including new hire workshops- in person and virtual
Develop and deliver ongoing sales enablement for new product introductions and sales skills
Lead the program and content strategy for the annual Worldwide Sales Kickoff (SKO)
Measure and share results of effectiveness of sales enablement investments and sales programs cross-company
Create and implement education and formal training programs, as well as an understanding of sales methodologies, CRM usage (specifically salesforce.com), pipeline management, customer engagement, and other important elements of a high performing sales and learning culture
Participate in the selection, evaluation, implementation and oversight of sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, Veelo)
Manage the sales enablement content repository for sales and partners
Act as the point of contact for sales team on enablement questions and provide assistance and coaching as required to help sales
Required Skills and Experience of our Sales Enablement Manager Include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years sales enablement experience
5+ years enterprise software field sales or sales management experience
Comfortable learning, understanding, and explaining technical concepts related to enterprise software and SaaS.
Desirable - experience in cyber security industry.
Experience with virtual sales enablement platforms (Savo, Veelo, etc.)
Demonstrated success in building a sales learning and development strategy
Ability to drive projects from ideato results with minimal guidance
Experience in a high growth environment preferred
Strong experience with Salesforce.com.
Excellent communicator, including group presentations, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
